Moores Traditional Curers

Moores are the only traditional manx kipper curers, still using the same methods as when the yard was built in 1882. Our products range from; traditional manx kippers, kipper fillets, oak smoked bacon -smoked for 168 hours, oak smoked salmon, local shellfish and other products.
